PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Sales Consultants are professionals with excellent customer service skills who can juggle multiple tasks at once and manage many different projects and schedules at the same time. As a HRDF Approved Training Provider, we are looking for individuals who display the following skills:
* Sales and Business Development – Training Sales Consultants are required to develop daily list of companies to approach, via cold calling, introduction of training courses, making good working relationships with potential vendors to ensure successful closure of deals and projects
* Marketing – Training Sales Consultants use social media and the internet to create marketing materials to promote various training courses, so having a marketing or sales background will help professionals excel in this career field
* Communication Skills – Training Sales Consultants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce training materials, make bookings, and schedule events with vendors and pool of trainers
* Organization Skills – Because Training Sales Consultants must juggle many different tasks and maintain training schedules, professionals pursuing this path must have great organization skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines
* Data Entry – Training Sales Consultants enter digital information into office computer systems, which means that anyone seeking this job must have experience with data entry
* Interpersonal Skills – Strong interpersonal skills because they often coordinate with customers, trainers, trainees, and supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Great for retired secretary, educators, sales, business development and customer service professionals who enjoy developing sales and marketing network
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least two (2) years related experience in training or sales
* Must be a self-starter who can work autonomously and within a small team environment
* Can plan, prioritise and multi task in order to meet set objectives and targets
