- anggaran keluasan 22m x 88m = 1936 meter persegi (sqm)

- terletak di lorong Amal, Jalan Rezab Buang, Kg Bukit Naga, Seksyen 30 Shah Alam
- majoriti penduduk melayu islam
- strategik terletak di kws. kampung, akses mudah ke lebuh raya Kesas dan LKSA
- berdekatan dengan SK, SRA, kedai, masjid dll.

3. PERANCANGAN
- binaan berbentuk sementara (bukan kekal)
- tempoh 2 tahun untuk permulaan dan seterusnya boleh renew setiap 2 tahun (boleh dipertimbangkan utk lanjutan jika penyewa memberi komitmen yg baik sepanjang tempoh sewaan)

4. CIRI PENYEWA
- yg serius, konsisten membayar, bertanggungjawab, jujur & menepati perjanjian

5. TUJUAN PENYEWAAN
- tertakluk kepada perbincangan dengan tuan tanah
- bukan perniagaan kotor/ barang buangan seperti bengkel kenderaan, seumpama dengannya serta bukan yang menyalahi undang-undang negara

6. SEWA
- sewa bulanan rm 3500.00
- deposit 2 bulan
- bekaln elektrik & air mohon TNB & AIR Selangor sendiri (ada sumber terdekat)

8. Buang tanah bukit atau bercampur batu secara percuma dialu-alukan
boleh runding dengan tuan tanah
