bagaimana tanah TOL boleh dijual memandangkan TOL bermaksud Temporary Occupation Licence di mana orang yang menduduki tanah tersebut hanya mempunyai lesen sementara untuk menduduki tanah tersebut dan bukan tuanpunya tanah dan setahu saya tanah tersebut kepunyaan kerajaan.
