Mencari rakan/funder yg berminat untuk mengusahakan tanah sekangkang kera seluas +- 4000 kaki persegi. Lokasi tepi jalan stadium (berhadapan Wat Siam) bersebelahan bulatan telok wanjah.
Cadangan utk tapak semaian/nursery (komersial), kontraktor landskap, tapak used car & car wash, premis perniagaan, stor, bengkel atau apa apa yang bersesuaian.
