Hari ni saya terjumpa Quinoa, sejenis bijian (seed) yg sangat berkhasiat yg boleh dijadikan makanan ruji menggantikan beras, gandum, kentang atau jagung.

1) Kelebihannya quinoa berbanding beras (putih):

- kandungan fiber yg tinggi
- macam2 mineral.. contohnya iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, zinc dll.

Tuan Linkman, quinoa pernah viral di malaysia.beberapa tahun dahulu. buat carian google 'quinoa parlimen malaysia'. Mesti Tuan tk follow politik ;-))

alamak ye ke Encik Jamali.. saya memang tak follow politik.. tapi saya tak miss mengundi setiap kali PRU..

aritu kecoh pasal kereta terbang saya pelik juga. Di seluruh dunia kereta prototype quadricopter (kereta terbang) sedang diuji di pelbagai negara dan dibina oleh pelbagai startup dan bakal menjadi satu alternatif penting transportation.. kalau kita tak cepat membangunkan industri ni.. nanti kita akan ketinggalan lagi..

jadi saya tak follow politik.. tak follow social media.. saya ada fake acount dgn notification off.. sebab kalau nak beli produk online kena check social media company tu... utk cari info..
