SENIOR SALES MARKETING MANAGER

1. Up to RM6000

Responsibilities
A. Plan, strategize and execute all social media and advertising campaign.
B. Set up any Ads including leads generation, messenger ads, engagement ads and etc
C. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regular scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
D. Create, curate and manage all marketing content and materials (design, images, video and article)
E. Develop and expand social media community outreach such as influencers, blogger and etc.
F. Coordinate with graphic designers on developing visuals, artworks and video for website and social media.
G. To liaise with outsources team-graphics designers, partners, supplier and related marketing agencies
H. To perform and execute any other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
I. Required to generate business for the company.
J. Monitor and track sales performance.
K. To go through the coaching system that is design to equip everyone’s skills set in the role of sales and marketing.
L. Key person responsible to drive and support implementation of all corporate programs and initiatives.
M. To develop action plans to initiate short and long terms sales, promote revenue growth and market exposure, creating new sales opportunities and establishing strong corporate relationships.
N. To build and maintain good relationship with existing clients to achieve excellent customer services/satisfactory.
O. To manage and maintain social media’s activities/events/sales promotions.
P. To perform and execute any other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
Q. Involved in face to face marketing with customers at events and roadshows
R. To achieve personal sale and KPI.
S. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
T. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirement:
I. Age between 30 to 40 years old.
Ii. Min Diploma/Degree in business and above or equivalent in related field.
Iii. Full time career change.
Iv. Discipline, self-motivated and independent.
V. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Vi. Able to travel when required.
Vii. To develop action plans to initiate short and long terms sales, promote revenue growth and market exposure, creating new sales opportunities and establishing strong corporate relationships.
Viii, Posses own transport with valid equivalent license.
Ix, Male/Female
X, Experience in Skincare/Cosmetics & Health products environment is added advantage.
