Requirement
– Candidate must at least posses Diploma and Degree in related field.
– Minimum 2 years experience management in HR.
– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Honest, ethical and dependable.
– Positive, go-going attitude.
– Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
– An attentive listener, understanding, empathetic and personable.

Responsibilities
– Responsibilities for all administrative and operational task such as recruitment, payroll administration, training and development.
– Maintain highly organized HR files and databases.
– Ensure accurate employee files, maintain and update employees personal records.
– Positive and open environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
– Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper task.

Salary
* RM 4,500 - RM 5,800 per month
