OK tuan Thinktank (tangki berfikir) hehe..

my assessment..
- Fatty fish - yup selalu mkn.. (ikan patin byk lemak)
- Dark chocolate - yup suka yg nih... kat aeon ada topvalue dark chocolate.
- Nuts - ye saya suka kacang almond, hazelnul, badam dan kacang biasa yg besar & rangup
- Green tea - yg ni sekali sekala je.. minum teh oolong
- Pomegranate - buah delima ni kan... (camner nak sebut pomegrade nih..)
- Watermelon - saya jarang makan walaupun murah je sebenarnya....
- Garlic - selaluuuu... mkn nasi goreng kampung kat kedai.. ada byk bwg putih..
- Apples and pears - kadang2...

adekah aku boleh hidup sampai umur 94 mcm chedet???

mokhtar dahari = 37

nassier wahab = 57

berkenaan Allayarham nassier wahab memang terperanjat besar.. beliau suka mkn pelbagai ulam terutama ulam raja sebab itu nampak awet muda. tapi berita kematian beliau mmg sangat mengejutkan saya... kerana dari segi looking young and healthy.. beliau adalah idola saya...

Soalan:
Apa kah buah di dunia yg bila masak boleh disimpan selama bertahun-tahun tanpa perlu di awet, di goreng, di tin kan dsb. ???

Jawapan:
Yaaa.. buah kurma.

bermakna di dalam kurma terdapat agen pengawet semulajadi yg boleh membunuh kulat, fungus, bakteria dan segala bagai kuman...

Amalkanlah buah kurma walaupun bukan bulan puasa.
