Requirement :
~ Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any related field
~ Minimum 3 years of working experience as a personal assistant/secretary
~ Handle personal and confidential matters of Managing Directors
~ Handling day-to-day tasks and provide professional secretarial assistance to the Managing Director/immidiate family members of the directors as instructed
~ Provide general secretarial duties such as managing meeting schedules, minutes of meeting, maintaining diaries, making appointment and other administrative matters.
~ Perform administrative tasks including incoming outgoing mails, emails, call screening, drafting letter, memos, report, proposals, and maintain prepare filling.
~ Follow-up on duties/activities/projects decided in the meeting
~ Self-motivated, fast learn & Hardworking & attentive to details
~ Able to work independently and interact professionally with all parties
~ Punctual & Sincere
~ Female & Malaysian only
~ Have good aknowledge of MS office & internet
~ Good communication & writing B. Malaysia, English & Mandarin (optional)

Job Condition:
Type : Permanent
Probation Period : 6 Month
Location : Subang Jaya

* Able to start work immediately
