SALES MARKETING EXECUTIVE-IMMEDIATE HIRING
- PULAU PINANG (North Coast & Selangor)
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales-Corporate or equivalent with at least 1 year experience.
- Good Interpersonal & communication skills.
- Possess own transport & able to travel.
Job Responsibility
- Researching, developing marketing opportunities & plans.
- Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits.
- Understanding their needs & anticipating new marketing opportunities.
ADMIN ASSISTANT/ ACCOUNT CLERK-SHAH ALAM-SELANGOR
Requirement
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
* Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
* Able to work under pressure and multitask.
* Self-motivated, proactive, discipline and able to work independently.
* Able to develop ideas for making management more advance.
* Teamwork is very important for our company work flow and culture.
Job Description
* Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical work, and data entry, Assist in day-to-day accounting operations.
* Assist Finance.
* Perform daily operations, including managing petty cash, and incoming and outgoing mail.
* Prepare proper documentation arrangement, and filing, maintain accurate records, and document control consistently with office guidelines and procedures.
* Assist with company secretary filings and other statutory compliance.
* Handle adhoc work given by superior.
* Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
