To Zila :- Yer 10% dari harga jualan, so kalau harga RM551K, bermakna kommissionnya adalah RM55.1K

To Rodhiah :- Mana-mana pihak yang menjalankan urusniaga hartanah yang bukannya tanah kepunyaannya sebenarnya kena ada lesen atau apa-apa jua kelayakan yang setaraf dengannya yang ditauliahkan oleh board yang berkaitan dengannya. So kalau pihak tersebut tidak mempunyai apa-apa sepertimana yang dinyatakan ianya dikenali sebagi "BROKER HARAM". So i tak nak ler kata that word sbb kira mcm tak polite ler.

So, broker haram ni buat kerja kekadang main langgar jer peruntukkan undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan urusan documentation dan yang paling nyatanya kurang arif berkaitan dengan perundangan. Sebagai contoh urusan jualbeli tanah secara tunai kira dah dianggap sah utk urusan tukar nama pemilik, sedangkan w/pun pembeli membeli secara tunai tidak semestinya urusan tukar hakmilik tanah itu boleh dianggap selesai terutamanya bila tanah tersebut berstatus leasehold.

So, bila u nak beli tanah yang mana status "leasehold" jangan ambik mudah, sbb prosesnya lambat sbb kena minta kebenaran (consent) dari pejabat tanah. Dan selalunya broker tak nak ambik pot pasal isu ini sbb dia dah sebat dulu kommision.
