Hi semua.. ada yg berminat nak share ruang niaga x?

Saya menjalankan perniagaan online dan butik pakaian, tetapi premis saya terlalu besar dan terlebih ruangan. X dapat digunakan sepenuhnya. Renovation sudah pun dibuat untuk keseluruh kedai. Keluasan kedai adalah 3401sqft.

Sesuai untuk: office, premis jahitan, salon, online centre, spa dan sebagainya.

Bagi anda telah menjalankan perniagaan tapi belum ada pejabat, dan tercari2 pejabat... saya alu2kan untuk sharing dgn saya. Tidak perlukan cost yg besar dan boleh terus meniaga. Ciri-ciri peyewa yg diperlukan, anda seorang yg pembersih dan boleh memastikan premis berada dalam keaadan yg baik.

Apa2pun sewaan bukan untuk tujuan menyimpan stock ye. Anda boleh menjalankan perniagaan serta merta dan Jimat kos renovation.
