assalam,

saya ingin menyewakan sebahagian ruang kedai tingkat bawah di dataran senawang, senawang taipan, seremban.. saiz untuk disewa lebih kurang 500psf.. lokasi kedai di laluan sibuk dataran senawang & opposite maybank senawang.. ruang kedai berpartition sesuai dijadikan sebagai butik pengantin, pakaian muslimah, pejabat atau apa2 perniagaan non food..

sewa bulanan RM1,200 termasuk bil elektrik (air-cond), bil air & UNIFI 20MB.. ini dapatkan jimatkan kos overhead anda.. selain itu, kami boleh sediakan partition bergerak yang boleh dijadikan ruangan pejabat.. ada beberapa perabot pejabat yang anda boleh terus guna.. ada 2 bilik air.. ruang baru dicat warna putih..

- 1 Chiller
- 1 Deep Fryer bersaiz besar

Harga utk barang2 tersebut adalah RM5.5K nego smpai jadi..
