Asalamualaikum,

I'm offering my property which is scheduled for Vacant Possession in 2020 for kindergarten or transit center for children.

The property is located in a booming housing estate at Greenwoods @ Salak Perdana, in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi. The area will cater to more than 2500 housing in the next 5 years with phase 2 already launched. KFC has recently opened a branch here which shows the expansion of the area in the future.

My property is located at the end of the road which is great for safety reason and it is located in front of a playground @ Discovery Park. The whole area is highly secured and gated.

I'm offering for a monthly rent of RM 4000 (negotiable) and if possible with a more than 30 years lease.
