Projek Direct Nego Kelas A/G7 - Terbuka Untuk 1 Syarikat Sahaja

Assalamualaikum W.B.T.

Kami ialah satu syarikat consultant sekarang ini telah menjalankan satu Projek Pembinaan Perumahan secara Rundingan Terus (Direct Nego) di salah sebuah Agensi Kerajaan.

Disini kami mempunyai satu slot, untuk membawa masuk sebuah Syarikat Kontraktor Kelas A/G7 yang betul2 berminat untuk menjalankan projek ini. Projek bernilai hampir 30J, dan berdasarkan costing yang dibuat oleh kami keuntungan dianggarkan sekitar 18-22%.

Tarikh akhir untuk kami submit, ialah pada hari esok, Khamis 16/8 sebelum jam 2 petang. Pihak kontraktor yang berminat hanya perlu membayar RM5000 iaitu kos proposal (drawing + architect work), dan pihak kami akan membawa bersama sama kontraktor yang berminat dalam urusan submission esok ke Agensi Kerajaan tersebut sebagai bukti.

Yuran Ikhtisas akan dikenakan, selepas pihak kontraktor mendapat LA. Jumlah bayaran akan dibincangkan kelak.

Ini ialah projek direct nego. Kami mempunyai hubungan yang baik dengan beberapa kenalan di dalam Agensi Kerajaan tersebut. Tawaran ini dibuka hanya untuk SATU Syarikat sahaja, Insya Allah projek akan dijalankan pada pertengahan bulan September.

Memandangkan masa terlalu singkat, dan kami perlu segera untuk submit untuk slot yang terakhir ini, maka kami hanya berurusan terus dengan Pemilik syarikat yang berminat sahaja. Kepada kontraktor sekitar KL dan Selangor diutamakan bagi memudahkan urusan rundingan.

Procedure & Project Financing Application form.

Initially, a brief synopsis of the project of about 5 pages should be forwarded to us (non returnable) via mail/email.
A full business proposal with the information stated below will only be required once our respective financial institution indicates their interest to participate in the project. Loan approval depends a great deal upon project viability and feasibility.

Minimum loan application: USD /EUR 250 million

The interest rate depends on such factor as the country involved, type of project, credit, amount of loan, period of repayment, risk factor and other similar details.

10. Availability of equity (breakdown of equity presently available)
11. Update of valuation report at present (if there is any)
12. Schedule repayment of finance proposed by the borrower.
13. Other income which may supplement to this project.
