Peniagaan ni maseh baru 7bln..banyak benda nak plan dekat kedai tu sbb bilik blakang ade kosong sesuai buat perniagaan lain.tp xde mase nak setup ..Sewa kedai yg sngat murah rm750 sbulan..kedai berkeluasan 9x25kaki(bahagian blakang blik kosong boleh buat bisnes lain sperti fotostat atau mini cyber cafe...sbb kawasan tu ramai bdk2 (lokasi di batu cave) berhampiran giant...

24k termasuk deposit+tenancy..masuk terus jalan je..

Sbb nak jual akan berpndah luar kawasan..dan sebab2 lain..sekarang saya masih kerja lg(akhir buln 5 berhenti)...yg jage pkeje sy tp dia slalu cuti dan bermasalah..sye xde mase nak tngok kedai hari2..
