Ada dua tingkat
1. Tingkat bawah adalah kedai makan
Masuk tinggal uruskan kedai sahaja. Pelanggan tetap pun dah ada. Anggaran sale sehari Rm1000 - Rm1500. Kalau rajin boleh buat lebih lagi. Lokasi kedai strategik. Hanya ada satu kedai makan sahaja di kawasan tu. Dekat dengan ofis dan kedai2.

2. Tingkat atas saya buat bilik sewa. Semua dah sedia ada. Setakat ni 5 bilik sewa dah ada orang sewa. Tinggal cari orang untuk menyewa sahaja. Boleh tampung pembayaran sewa. Dan tempat tinggal pekerja.

Sewa bulanan untuk dua tingkat ini Rm3800.
