- Gaji basic + elaun
- Minimum mempunyai sijil PMR/SPM
- Pemegang lesen Pemakai/Pembantu Pemakai adalah satu kelebihan dan elaun akan diberikan
- Boleh menulis dan bercakap dalam bahasa melayu (penguasaan bahasa Inggeris yang baik adalah berkelebihan)
- Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya lesen B2/D (mempunyai lesen GDL adalah satu kelebihan)
- Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri adalah satu kelebihan
- Boleh bekerjasama dalam kumpulan
- Boleh bekerja dalam pengawasan yang minima
- Boleh mendengar arahan pihak atasan dengan jelas tanpa alasan
- Boleh bekerja lebih masa
