Pemilik Mencari Pelabur untuk Tender Perkhidmatan Pembersihan

Tender Perkhidmatan Kebersihan Bangunan dan Kawasan Sekolah Di bawah Jabatan Pelajaran. Pemilik mencari pelabur untuk JV.

Tempuh tender berbaki 30 bulan(RM 691,200.00) telah berjalan 6 bulan(RM 138,240.00) dari 36 bulan(RM 829,440.00) jual dengan harga RM 550K (Runding). Pulangan Balik yang pelabur akan dapat setiap bulan (RM 23040.00 X 30).

Maknanya pelabur akan dapat RM 141200.00 (30 bulan) Caranya (RM 691,200.00 - 550,000.00). Sebulan dapat bersih RM 4706.66.

Berkenaan gaji bulanan dan kebajikan pekerja akan ditanggung pemilik asal selama 30 bulan. Ini adalah cadangan pemilik asal, jika berminat dan ada cadangan lain boleh dirunding lagi dengan pemiliknya.
