Kami syarikat bumiputra ingin membuka peluang kepada individu yang berminat dalam bidang telekomunikasi bagi seluruh kawasan Johor. Kriteria pemohon adalah seperti berikut:-

a. Mempunyai Sijil Kemahiran Elektrik&Elektronik/ Sijil Kemahiran Telekomunikasi/Sijil Kemahiran Teknologi Maklumat pada tahap 2 atau 3
b. Sihat Tubuh Badan dan tidak rabun warna
c. Berumur tidak melebihi 30 tahun
d. Mampu bekerja pada ketinggian (working at Height) dan ruang terkurung (confined space)
e. Berpengalaman dalam menjalankan projek telekomunikasi amatlah digalakkan
f. Tempat tinggal akan disediakan bagi yang tinggal jauh dari pejabat
g. Kursus berkaitan kerja akan diberikan pada yang layak
