Saya sedang mengusahakan tanah seluas 100 ekar di air hitam Bahau, Negeri Sembilan untuk tujuan tanaman sawit, benih sudah sedia disemai sendiri krn telah menyediakan tapak nurseri
Proses seterusnya, sedang menebang getah untuk aktiviti pembersihan kebun, kengkangan modal berlaku kerana beberapa faktor, saya mempelawa individu2 yang berminat untuk melabur didalam projek:
1. Lori untuk mengangkut keluar kayu getah
2. Modal untuk tanaman selingan seperti pisang, tebu Dan tanaman jangka pendek yang sesuai
