kerja pengubahsuaian dan binaan baru utk seperti :

1. kerja konkrit dan acuan
2. kerja bata dan plaster
3. kerja pasang jubin @ tile, granite, mozek
4. kerja pasang pintu dan tingkap
5. kerja pasang perpaipan air
6. kerja memecah dan meroboh struktur
