Asalamualaikum

Mencari satu atau dua individu yang berminat untuk melabur, sleeping funder untuk perniagaan coin laundry/mesin dobi siling. Perniagaan terletak di dalam Pusat Pengajian di Selangor. Kurang risiko dari segi pelanggan kerana pelangan terdiri daripada beribu ribu penuntut universiti tersebut dan mesin mesin dobi diletakkan di pintu masuk setiap asrama pelajar.

Modal diperlukan adalah sebanyak RM30K - RM60K setiap individu. ROI dijangka dalam tempoh masa 6bulan - 8bulan. Tiada tempoh kontrak yang diikat antara pihak saya dan pihak universiti. Bermaksud, keuntungan sampai bila-bila. Pelajar universiti tak akan berkurang malahan bertambahan setiap 6bulan.
