Project Marketing & Sales Executive
Category

Responsibilities
- Be familiar and managing project allocated.
- Coordinate with developer, property agents and agencies.
- To be able to do presentation to clients and group briefing to agencies.
- To advice and assist clients in decision making process, by giving financial and legal advices.
- Conduct market survey and research, as well asprepare A&P material.
- Design and execute creative marketing campaign for project sales as a team.
- To be able to attend to customer and do personal sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service and value.
- Follow up with after sales documentation.
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma education or above, any field.
- Willingness to learn, hardworking, sincere, preform under pressure, good communication skill and working with extra mile.
- Able to communicate in English (able to speak in Malayu and Chinese will be added advantage).
- Required computer skill: Ms Words, Ms Excel, Power Point. Those who understand photoshopwill be added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Klang Valley.
Salary
- Starting with RM5000 (basis plus incentive) with potential of getting more than RM10,000with experience.
- Scoso and EPF provided.
- Allowance provided.
- Year end company trip.
- Year end bonus.
