Salam warga majalah. Saya sedang mencari ruang niaga untuk di sewa di Kompleks Medan Suri, Bayan Lepas Pulau Pinang.

Jika anda mempunyai kedai untuk di sewa di kompleks tersebut, sila hubungi saya dengan kadar segera.

Saya memerlukan 2 shoplots berkembar. Tapi apa-apa hal pun, anda hubungi saya dahulu dan kita bincang. Kalau tak dapat dua, 1 dahulu pun tak apa.

Saya mengalu-alukan orang tengah yang sudi untuk temukan saya dengan pemilik/penama kedai juga.

Setahu saya kedai dah penuh di sewa mengikut perolehan data daripada MPPP. Sebab tu saya nak cari sesiapa yang sudi buat "sewa atas sewa".

Saya nak kita buat safe trade. Dapat je kedai, baru kita cerita pasal komisen. Apa-apa pun, kita contact dan nego dahulu.
