Memerlukan Modal Suntikan, Pandangan dan Idea. (Projek Perumahan)

salam sejahtera sahabat semua.

Tahun ini saya amat tertekan kerana projek perumahan saya diperingkat akhir namun bank masih lewat meluluskan dan mengeluarkan pinjaman pembeli dengan alasan tanah yang dimajukan rezab melay, pemaju baru, rekod syarikat tidak kukuh.

Disebabkan ini, bayaran ke kontraktor utama dan sub telah tertangguh. sekarang dah stop 2bulan.

sekarang saya dah tersangkut di peringkat cat n infra (hampir 75% siap)

mcmana saya nak buat nie??? saya dah semakin tertekan dengan panggilan2 dari pembeli rumah kerana projek lembap.

ada sesiapa sahabat boleh bantu saya...untuk pengetahuan claim baru guna separauh...ada separuh lagi tak digunakan sebab rumah loan buyer pending

saya mulakan projek menggunakan bridging loan and wang personal. so site boleh sampai ke stage bumbung....ofis pula lewat proses loan sebab masa itu duit tengah banyak. sekali prosessing loan amik 3-6 bulan, tu yang break even lari tuh...

Hopefully ada yang berani membantu saya. ada 2 unit saya pegang direct company kalau nak cagar.
