Jom! Sertai kita sebagai ''Property Agent''. Anda mungkin hanya tahu agent ada personal commission shj, Tetapi, Platform kita beri (3 Jenis Income)!

1.) Personal Commission
2.) Overriding commission (passive income)
3.) LD Incentive (passive income)

Bagaimana pengiraannya??
Contoh agent anda jual property RM500,000. Maka, agent tersebut dapat personal commission (andaikan commission 2% : 10,000). Apa yg anda dapat sebagai recruiter?

1.) Overriding comm. (sbyk 18%) : RM10,000 x 18% = RM1800
2.) LD incentive 1% harga rumah : RM500,000 x 1% = RM5000
TOTAL : RM6800.00!! Ya! Passive income anda RM6800. (belum lagi termasuk personal comm. anda)

Hanya 1 orang agent shj passive income anda dah RM6800. Bayangkan jikalau anda ada 5,10, 50 atau 100 agent???
