Accounting
• Handle the full spectrum of company accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Ensure accurate booking and recording of all transactions and accounting journals for month-end closing reporting
• Handle bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts
• Verify supplier invoices and payments including staff claims. Raise DO,PO & invoices
• Handle GST submission

Payroll
• Assist in processing monthly payroll which includes the administration and computation of contract services payment, statutory payments, and other employee claims
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of payroll reports
• Prepare salary reconciliation

Job Requirement
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in the areas of Accounting or Finance
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of working knowledge in one or more of the following: Accounting, Payroll, GST
• (e.g. Employment Act, etc).
• Proficient in MYOB highly preferred
• Meticulous and have a positive working attitude
• Responsible and good team player
• Well organised and able to multi-task
• Candidates must be willing to work in Bukit Damansara.Kuala Lumpur
• 1 full time position available.
