JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- -> Handle full set of account
- -> Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- -> Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
- -> Handled and liaised with suppliers in terms of quotation and etc.
- -> Prepare ledger, PL, bookkeeping and etc.
- -> Handling confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintaining an organized filing for smooth data retrieving.
- -> Check all financial transactions for accuracy.
- -> Perform all banking related duties.
- -> Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT:-
- -> Possess a recognized at least SPM in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MACPA/CPA) and/or equivalent.
- -> Proven knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws 3. And regulation.
- -> Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools (Accounting software; AutoCounts, MS Office; strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and etc).
- -> High attention to details and accuracy.
- -> Good communication skills; both written and verbal.
