Kedai untuk Dijual RM30k Beserta Penyewa RM1k/Bulan

Assalamualaikum warga majalah.com.

Sy menjalankan perniagaan KURIER JNT DAN SERVIS MEMBAIKI LAPTOP DAN HANDSET.

TAPAK KEDAI SY MENJALANKAN PERNIAGAAN SEKARANG NI DENGAN BAYARAN SEWA SEBULAN RM1K.. WARIS PEMILIKNYA NAK JUAL RM30K. Sy mmg berhajat nak beli cuma lepas pandemik ni baru nak bernafas, tak ada simpanan.

Kalau2 TUAN/PUAN mampu untuk Beli dulu tapak perniagaan sy ni, sy bayar sewa rm1k sebulan sampai sy beli balik tapak ni dengan harga RM30k balik pada TUAN/PUAN. Sbb waris pemilik kedai nak jual segera dan nak pakai duit. Sy dah minta tempoh smpi hujung bulan 2, untuk sy usahakan.

- HARGA KEDAI RM30K.

- BAYARAN SEWA SEBULAN RM1K, SELAMA MANA SY TAK TEBUS BELI BALIK KEDAI NI DENGAN HARGA RM30K

- Jika TUAN/PUAN ada cadangan atau tawaran yg baik jugak sy mintak tunjuk ajar.

Harap2 ada yg sudi bantu beli kedai ni dulu dan jual balik pada sy.. Tuan/Puan tak rugi apa2 sbb sy sewa RM1k/bulan dan dapat balik RM30k setelah sy beli balik.
