1. Lokasi di Tingkat Bawah Sentrovue Servis Apartment, Pusat Perdagangan Alam Jaya, Puncak Alam.
2. Sesuai untuk jual kek, roti, makanan dan minuman ringan dan juga produk frozen.
3. Kedai telah dilengkapi dengan peralatan spt display freezer 2 pintu, cake display chiller dan chiller minuman 1 pintu.
4. Rak dan meja cashier berserta pos system disediakan.
5. Ada penghawa dingin.
6. Ada UNIFI
7. Sesuai untuk peniaga kek yg aktif up item yg dijual di sosial media.
8. Walaupun kedudukan kedai adalah di bawah apartment.. tidak boleh mengharapkan pelanggan dari apartment semata-mata. Kena rajin up dalam socmed. Kalau tak rajin.. tidak digalakkan untuk menyewa...

Tawaran sewa sebulan = RM1400.00

Deposit 2 bulan = RM2800.00
