Saya perlukan sorang JV partner untuk kes settlement yang bakal saya terima sebanyak RM50 juta.

- JV partner hanya sediakan fund RM250k untuk urusan kes yang estimate akan selesai hanya dalam 3 bulan.
- Settlement dari RM50juta kita bagi sama rata (50/50).
- Urusan black&white dibuat bersama lawyer yang uruskan kes.
- Settlement akan masuk keakaun lawyer, kemudian deduct 50% kepada JV partner.
- Proses semua dah ready dan tunggu masa untuk hit.
- Kalau minat, kita boleh jumpa untuk tengok dokumen dan seterusnya berurusan dipejabat lawyer.
