Maintenance & Safety HOD
Requirements:
- Chinese
- At least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) or Engineering (Other).
- 40 years old and below
- Have 3 years experience and above in Pharma/Food/Electrical is preferred.
- Have electrical knowledge and repair skill experience. Have electrical chargeman or safety engineering certificate is a plus.
- Able to work independently electrical work, daily maintenance, able to solve the electrical wiring.
- Familiar with three phase, single phase, DC power, all kind of the wiring knowledge.
- Carry out all kind the repair and preventive maintenance, able to handle the emergency repair work, always ensure all the equipment and electrical working in 100% well.
- Carry out new equipment, survey equipment spec, in future to installation work.
- Carry out daily operation system and to guide operator to operate a machine.
- Completion maintenance of related files, document management and form filling, and other report assigned by the superior.
- Plan, implement and manage the environmental, health and safety system to ensure compliance with statutory and company’s regulations & procedures.
- Liaise with JKKP, DOE and Bomba to fulfill all the requirement of all regulations & standards.
- Evaluate and analyses any hazardous conditions and recommends remedial and preventive actions.
- Responsible to ensure Bomba operation system are function well, check and arrange to renew Bomba certificate etc.
- Carry out the safety training in the factory, compliance HQ 3 level new employee safety training.
- Responsible for the safety management of the company’s new, modified, and expanded engineering projects, and responsible for the company’s safety assessment and training of new technologies, new materials, and new equipment.
- Responsible for organizing quarterly and annual corporate safety inspections, etc.
- Completion of related files, document management and form filling, and other safety tasks assigned by the superior.
