Qualification:-
- Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Secretarial/Public Relations studies or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the field of business administration or secretarial work or as a personal assistant.
- Excellent communication, good writing and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good in using related computer software (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point and etc)
- Willing to travel and work for long hours if required.
- Smart, Pleasant personality and a very resourceful person.
Responsibilities:-
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Dealing with local and international clients.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- To undertake any other tasks / assignments assigned by the Director from time to time.
- To attend and prepare minutes of daily office meeting monitoring closely daily sales.
>Salary:-
Starting from RM2,500 - RM5,000
>Requirement:-
- Female only
- 25 years old and above with working experience
