Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for searching relevant information, key-in information into the database accurately and in timely manner.
- Ad hoc assignment by the management.
- Managing operations and customer service exposures such as providing operation direction and proactively communicate with clients about the company product.
- Most importantly manage clients expectations and ensure daily deliverables are met.
Job requirement:
- Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Degree.
- Professional attitude and willing to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Fresh graduates and retires are encouraged to apply.
