Requirement
- CALON Candidate must be willing to work in Puchong
- Min spm
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Good communication skills and able to get along with people from all sectors.
- Able to multitask
- Pleasant personality, dynamic and outgoing personality.
- Possess cooperative qualities with good interpersonal skill and working attitude.
- Can start work immediately.
- Fresh graduates is encourage to apply.
Salary Range (optional) :
RM 1500 - RM 2 000 per month
Job Scope
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the managing director
- Coordinate the organization of meetings, appointments and engagement, ensuring that all relevant papers such as agendas, minutes and briefing papers are available to the managing director
- Preparing quotation, prepare a delivery document (invoice & Delivery Order)
- Maintain proper filing within the office department
- Other ad-hoc and administrative support to the department
Spoken Language
- English/Malay
Working Hours
- 8.30am – 5.00pm (Monday – Friday)
- 8.30am – 1.00pm (Saturday)

- Formal attire
