1) Personal Assistant (Legal Firm at Oval Damansara)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and arrange the needs of the Directors which not limited to:
2. Follow up, monitor, direct & coordinate tasks, and report accordingly.
3. Maintain calendars and schedule personal appointments as and when needed.
4. Assist in drafting letters, memorandums and preparation.
5. Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
6. To advise the directors of impending work deadline for both internal and external commitment. (e. g.: presentations, meetings, reports).
7. Manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters.
8. Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Managing Director/Executive Assistant.
9. Maintain and ensure strict confidentiality and interact professionally.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess Degree & above in business administration, secretarial, human resources, hotel management or equivalent.
2. Preferable with 3 - 5 year (s) of similar working experience.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong initiative and coordination skills.
5. Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties, honest and trustworthy.
6. Able to multitask, work under minimum supervision and committed with a strong sense of urgency.
7. Matured, self-motivated and possess a pleasant personality.
8. Possess own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley.

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000
(+ allowances and others)

Commencement date : Immediately

2) Admin Assistant at Petaling Jaya

A consultation company. Location at Petaling Utama Avenue, Petaling Jaya.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in any field
2. Minimum 1 year working experience
3. Honest, sincere and willing to learn
4. Good communication skills
5. Fair command in English
6. Able to work independently and flexible hours

Responsibilities:

1. Handling office administration job.
2. Screening phone calls, emails, messages and others.
3. Using computers and notes to generate or sourcing information.
4. Polite and professional in communication via phone, e-mail, and others.
5. Liaising with authorities and accompanying in meetings with clients.

Salary: RM1,000 - RM1,500
(+ allowances and others)

Commencement date : Immediately

3) Barista cum Cafe Assistant

Responsibilities :

1. Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard
2. Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment
3. Responsible for stock arrangement
4. Greet and connect with every customer
5. Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers
6. Receive and process customer payments
7. Ensure high quality of service

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
3. Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge
4. Prefer candidates with own transport
5. Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
6. Location at Oval Damansara

Salary: RM1,500 - RM2,000
(+ allowances and others)

Commencement date : Immediately
