Our company is looking for an IT Support staff, The required job scope for IT Support as follow:
IT Support Job Scope:
1) Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, windows system, apps, printer and scanner
2) Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network system, internet connectivity, office phone system and server data periodical backup
3) Providing technical support and troubleshoot problems across the company when IT equipment or networks malfunction
4) Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
5) Maintains records of hardware and software inventory from time to time
6) Able to use basic Adobe Photoshop program will be an advantage (this is not mandatory as training can be arranged for the selected candidate without such knowledge)
7) Work closely to other managers on project tasks
8) Able to work independently and multitasking
9) Able to work extended hours (OT) to finish the job when needed
