1) Technical Assistant/Site Supervisor

To design, manage and coordinate the development of projects.
To coordinate documentation process of project i.e working drawings & schedules
To coordinate and to liaise with various relevant local authorities
Knowledge in Uniform Building By-Laws & Local Planning guideline.
To prepare presentation & proposal drawings.
Responsible to check, monitor and follow up construction works to achieve project quality standard.
Supervision of building works to ensure the sub-contractor are carrying out their job according to specification and drawing.
Monitor and follow up on construction work progress and ensure progress is on schedule
Update and submit progress for stage billing purposes To prepare drawing and material supervision for approval.
To assist project manager on supervising and monitoring on all site work.
To check and ensure all drawings and work are as specifications.
Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters and quality checks.
To coordinate and to liaise with client, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
Other adhoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement:-
Min. Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering
Experience 1-3 years
Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Aggressive, pleasant personality with good communication & interpersonal skills
Possess good work ethic, committed, self-motivated, resources & able to work independently
Must be willing to work long hours
Salary: RM1000.00 - RM2500.00 (Depends on experience)


2) Personal Assisstant

Compose and types routine letters, memorandum, report, minutes of meeting, scientific or technical material, numerical data, charts and forms.
Maintain confidentiality of documents and information received by Directors.
Keeps informed of office detail and advises management of problem.
Draft and types correspondences.
Maintains calendars and schedules appointment.
Handles incoming and outgoing correspondences register.
Arrange meetings, takes minutes and distribute minutes of meeting.
Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention storage and updating.
Arrange MD's travel and accommodation.
Handle MD's personal matters.
Perform any other administrative and ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Minimum Requirement:

Candidates must possess a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Secretarial or equivalent.
Willing to travel & outstation
Attractive Looking
Possess good verbal and written communications skill in English and Bahasa Melayu.
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Outstanding written and oral communication skill.
Strong coordination, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
Mature with pleasant personality, self-motivated, multi tasking and to work independently
Fast learner, must possess own transport.
Must be willing to work long hours
Salary: RM1000.00 - RM2000.00 (Depends on experience)
