Job Highlights
* Handle Prospect of Personal Financing requests from the Government Sector, GLC, and Limited Companies.
* Explain the features of various financial products to the customers (Training Provided)
* Be professional with bank etiquette in attending to inquiries from customers, especially during the meeting with customers to complete the application files & agreement signed.
Job Requirements
* No experience is needed but candidates with knowledge of sales, marketing and finance would be an advantage.
* Ability to work independently with min supervision
* Result-oriented, passionate about marketing, and willing to adapt to new things
* Passionate and self-driven
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Working experience in the financial industry will be an advantage
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
* Willing to travel and work independently
* Have your own transportation
Key Responsibilities:
* Solicit and promote the company's service via offline & online channels
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards to achievement of Group targets
* Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing
* As well as self-generated leads.
* Set appointments to carry out sales, call visits where necessary, prospecting, and early engagement
* With new bank customers.
* Ensure a high standard of customer experience in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank.
* Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures set by the Bank.
