JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
• To assist, consult and interview the students
• Ensure that accurate information is given on admission requirements, registration and fees
• Rigorous follow up with student and parents for conversion via various multi contact channel
• Sales and marketing activities to promote programmes offered by campus
• Strategise and implement plans to increase students numbers

Requirements:
• Possess at least SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to communicate in clear and effective manner
• Good listening skills and able to display patience and empathy when dealing with students/parents
• Good planning and time management skills
• Able to work independently and willing to travel outstation
• Able to attend to student’s inquiries and feedback in professional matter
• Able to work as a team and also capable to deal with issues/challenges independently
