Assistant Corporate Manager

- Hire and supervise customer service representative and service manager

- Enforce regulations and oversea security measures

- Monitor staff activities, reviewing reports and managing levels

- Work to gain and retain customers by maintaining high standard of customer service

- Communication with corporate about news, new developments, changing regulations and others related business information

- Fulfill duties to gain and retain customers, by heading to the highest standards of customer service.

- Contributing to the team in order to accomplish and achieve the result and team work.

Requirement
- Have diploma in business or management
- Have 2 years experience in office management or customer service

Skill
- Have experience in handling staff in a big amount
- Good in communication skills
