Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Work on other tasks as assigned.
* Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
* Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
* Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
* Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.
Job Requirements
* An avid problem solver who has the capability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
* Minimum 3 - 6 months internship duration.
* Self-discipline and willing to follow instructions.
* Flexible, proactive and positive attitudes.
* Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
* Excellent organizational skills
* Must possess your own transport.
