INTERNS WANTED IN IPOH KLANG KOTA KINABALU
Responsibilities:
• To provide general and administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
• To attend to all incoming calls appropriately and courteously
• To taking charge of attendance records daily
• To taking charge of office stationery requisition and purchases for office supplies
• To updating and upkeep of stock inventory through established systems
• To monitor invoices from vendors or suppliers for payment
• To maintain proper filing system to ensure trace ability of documents
• To prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• To schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments arrangements for Managers
• To assist in resolving any administrative problems
• To run company’s errands to office supply store, post office, banks and other places as requested
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
• To mainly responsible for accounts and office administration activities
• To assist in daily accounting transaction
• To enter transactions into computer system using SQL Accounting software or Excel
• To key-in financial transactions, costing or equivalent transactions in database / Excel
• To search, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
