Internship Vacancy for Electrical/Engineering Students
Responsibilities :
Developing test station, derive test script and test Procedures from requirements for new product and able to achieve optimum yield.
Study and solve production issues, which includes sudden high fall out, test station problems and other related test issues arise which requires higher engineering attention.
Prepare engineering / test documentation (i. e test plans, specifications, reports) for all the evaluation done for test related issues for tracking purpose.
To support production in yield improvement and tester troubleshooting activities.
To setup testers for every product running, prepare test instruction & maintain the station.
To lead / train users on new testers/ machine setup
To plan, co-ordinate and execute test equipment/ machine maintenance and calibration schedules.
Keep and maintain all the jigs, test documentation, record and form
Responsible for providing automated test equipment/ test software / machinery to improve process time, reduce man-power usage & to support QE test requirement
Work closely with test development team to optimize test cycle time reduction and product yield improvement.
Perform repairing and troubleshooting on all PCBA issues and yield analysis and ensure quantity is sufficent for final assembly and deliverables for COF quantity.
Provide prompt, accurate and comprehensive failure analysis report for further actions plan
