(1) Admin Coordinator
Assist HR & Admin Manager for various administrative functions including office management, receptionist duties, support for the Human Resource and Account Department.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Secretarial or equivalent.
Required skill (s) : Microsoft office.
Required language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to learn, proactive, self-driven and motivated.
(2) Operation & Logistic Coordinator
Assist Operation Executive to the general operations of the office and ensure that logistical needs are met.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Operation/Logistic/Transport or equivalent.
Good command and understanding in AL-QURAN will be an added advantage.
Required skill (s) : Microsoft office.
Required language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good attitude and hardworking.
Willing to work extra hours, over weekends and public holidays.
(3) Social Media Coordinator
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Media/Communication/Marketing/Advertising or equivalent.
Good command and understanding in AL-QURAN will be an added advantage.
Required language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic photography and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
Good attitude and hardworking.
Willing to work extra hours, over weekends and public holidays.
