Job Title: Sales Executive/ Customer Services Help Desk
Salary Range: RM1800 – RM2500 / RM2500
Working Location: Klang Valley / Penang

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales and other activities needed in order to meet company’s goals and objectives.
2. Develop and maintain new accounts to increase sales to meet company objectives.
3. Answering customer queries, offering advice and assist customer with account creation.
4. Promote the company’s products, brands and images.
5. Prepare and submit relevant sales reports on a regular basis.
6. Self-planning and execution of daily sales routes.
7. Ensure that reports and feedback can be accurately recorded and documented.

Job Requirements:
1. At least has SPM/Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing (Does not meet the qualifications but has excellent past sales records are also welcome to apply).
2. Possess own transport &willing to travel within Klang Valley.
3. Must be highly independent.
4. Prefer Chinese & Malay speakers ( but basic English is still required)
5. Sales experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Customer Services Help Desk
Salary Range: RM2500
Working Location: Penang

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
2. Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
3. Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct resources.
4. Any other duties as and when required by superior.

Job Requirements:
1. Preferably with some experience.
2. Good in oral and written skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Able to work in shift.
