I DON'T BELIEVE IN LIFE INSURANCE!
If somebody says to me I don't believe in Life Insurance.
I'll say... You don't have to believe life insurance. It's NOT a religion!

Life Insurance is just RISK MANAGEMENT.

We transfer the risk from families or businesses who cannot afford it to insurance companies who can afford it. THAT'S ALL IT IS!
At your age, out of every 100 people, 1 of you will die this year. An insurance company DO NOT CARE if you are the one, because 99 is paying the premium. They've lost only 1%.
But IF YOU ARE THE ONE, THE LOST TO YOUR FAMILY OR TO YOUR BUSINESS IS 100%!!
It's just risk management.
Let's pass the risk from your family or your business who can't afford it to insurance company that can afford it.

To all business people, I just need few minutes from your busy time to have a look on this method.

Put lump sum RM320,000 to FD for 10 years with 4%p. a
RM320, 000 x 4% = RM12,000 interest you earn in 1 year
Interest gain at year 10th = RM12,0000 (interest only)
Interest gain at year 30th = RM360,000 (if you wish to keep it for 30 years)

Question – Can you withdraw your money in case you need an emergency fund?
NO.
**********
Are we confident that we will always be in a good shape within that 10 years or maybe within that 5 years?
If after 2 months we fall,

Sick/Disability – NO PROTECTION FROM THE BEGINNING
Death – NIL
Accident Death – NIL
Death while performing Umrah/Haj - NIL
Accident Death while in public conveyance – NIL
Death due to natural disaster – NIL
Overseas major critical illness treatment – NIL
(This is something that everyone need to consider and be prepared for any circumstances)

=============================
If I suggest you to split that RM320,000 to 5 years and put it into AIA ALSB account
RM320,000/5yrs = RM64,000/year

This is what you will get
Projected return at year 10th = RM145,000
Projected return at year 15th = RM306,000
Projected return at year 20th = RM526,000
Projected return at year 30th = RM910,000

If after 3 months we fall/happen (as per lists below), by putting your RM64,000 in AIA ALSB, you will get these even if you have just put it for 3 months:-

Diagnose with critical illness/Disability – RM1,000,000 will be paid to you
Death – RM1,000,000 to your beloved family
Accident Death – RM2,000,000 to your beloved family
Death while performing Umrah/Haj – RM2,000,000 to your beloved family
Accident Death while in public conveyance – RM3,000,000
Death due to natural disaster – RM6,000,000
Overseas major critical illness treatment – You can use 50% from your 1 million to perform the treatment (reimbursement basis)
If diagnose with critical illness/disability – You NO NEED to pay for the premium. Will be waived. Your protection is going on.
If spouse diagnose with critical illness/disability – ALSO, NO NEED TO PAY FOR THE PREMIUM. Will be waived. Protection is still going on.
