Requirements
- Able to work immediately.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma Human Resource Management or Administrative and related.
- Able to work indecently, efficiently and strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task, meet critical deadline and perform under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Doing all Human Resource Function.
- Handling payroll using UBS PAYROLL & Maybank2e payroll system.
- Maintaining employee records – EPF, Tax, Socso and etc.
- Maintain the required confidential nature of human resources.
- Responsible in recruitment & selection, benefits & compensations, training & development.
- Performance management. Security functions, office administration and other employee services
- Conduct salary surveys from though networking or published salary survey form consultants or associations.
- Handling of expatriates and foreign workers work permit and application of business.
- Oversee the time & attendance HR system
- Oversee the general office administrative, IT and stationery purchasing functions.
Benefit

Position: Full Time.
Salary: RM 1600 - RM1800 + Allowance after confirm
Working Hour: Office hours (9:00 a.m -6.00 pm) + Overtime.
Company Location: Komplex Wilayah Jalan Dang Wangi, Kuala Lumpur.
Nearby transport: Masjid Jamek LRT and LRT Dang Wangi.
