Tab mandi, aircond,4 bilik, 6 katil single, 1 katil king, ruang tamu yang luas, dapur, peti sejuk. mesin basuh automatik, pemanas air, peralatan memasak, tv berserta astro pelbagai channel, 4 bilik mandi/tandas, ruang parking yg besar, corner lot, berdekatan dgn padang/dewan/surau serta kedai makan.
